Being asked to perform in public causes adrenaline to race through our bodies, leaving us feeling excited and a little nervous but ready for action. This is normal: we need the adrenaline to sharpen up our processing functions so our thinking is faster and our speech more fluent. Adrenaline gives us that "edge" so we perform to the best of our abilities.
For some people, being asked to perform in public is simply terrifying. It causes extreme anxiety both in anticipation of the event, and when the time comes to perform even if the performance is well within our capabilities.
We will use hypnotherapy and visualisation techniques so you can give your best possible performance. You will be able to perform - whether it is public speaking, an interview or audition, or taking your driving test - with calm confidence and eloquence.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE
The mental strength of an athlete or sports team is paramount to their success: if they lack the mental concentration or drive needed, they cannot be champions. An athlete needs to be able to respond effectively to both external stimuli (such as an opponent, or the ball) and internal stimuli (feelings and emotions).
Hypnosis will reset your mind so you can enter a "performance zone" whenever you want, give your best performance and channel any frustration into giving a better performance.
We will use visualisation techniques to rehearse the specific pressure points in your game to prime your brain to respond in the way that you want.
Hypnosis may not be able to give a non-athlete athletic ability but it amplifies the talent that already exists. Confidence and self belief are what set a great athlete apart from a good one. It is the difference between fighting back when things are not going to plan, and giving up; between taking responsibility in the face of adversity, and zoning out.
